We will be an exhibitor at the National Wild Turkey Foundation Expo February 15-17th 2024

If you are interested in learning more about working trade shows let me know if you would like to participate. We have slots for 1 day or all 3 days. Our booth is a 10x20 so we have room for about 3 dealers at time. Respond ASAP if you would like to work this show with us. The location is Nashville Tennessee at the Opryland Hotel and Convention Center. 

Each dealer will be responsible for their own literature and any product they wish to bring to show or sell. We will have a display and some product, but our focus is to register new customers for AMSOIL.

Over 55,000 people attend this show. It can be very busy. If you like outdoors stuff, hunting, fishing etc this is a great show just to attend. Many people that are into hunting own a lot of toys like ATV/UTV's, Boats, trucks, snowmobile etc. Also many business come to the show. Last year we talked with a local gun shop owner that signed up with us and ordered over $1000 last year. We've gotten powersports dealers as well as business owners that do guided hunts and more. You never know who you will meet.

Do you know what ZDDP is? 

We've gotten great traction in the past using articles about High Zinc Oil. Many in the classic car/hot rod market are looking for Zinc oils or additives for the extra protection offered. HOW DO I CREATE A DEALER-NUMBER TRANSFERRING
LINK TO A PAGE ON AMSOIL.COM, AMSOIL.CA OR BLOG.AMSOIL.COM?
 

Dealer-number transferring links are URLs to corporate AMSOIL webpages with your Dealer number attached. 

These links allow you to direct prospective customers and Dealers to the information they need while also keeping them connected to you as a Dealer and ensuring you receive commissions on any purchase they make.
 

Sending an email or message from your device:
• Navigate to the target page on AMSOIL.com, AMSOIL.ca or blog.AMSOIL.com.
• Highlight the complete URL from the navigation bar in the web browser.
• Hold Ctrl-C to copy.
• Hold Ctrl-V to paste URL into personalized email, text or direct message.
• Add “?zo=1234567” to the end of the URL (use your actual Dealer number).
• If there is already a question mark anywhere in the URL you selected, use an “&” instead of a question mark.
• The link should appear with blue underlined text.
 

Here are examples of how to use a Dealer-number transferring link to quickly and effectively communicate with your customers, friends and prospects:

Many times I'll take a screen shot of the registration page for getting their account login and highlight where it lists us as their servicing dealer

If possible I also offer to help them setup their account to make sure it's done right. 

Unfortunately how the internet cookies works if they were to click on another dealers site/link then setup their account they may accidentally get tied to that previous dealer. If you don't catch it within 30 days after their registration you won't be able to switch them to you. Keep this in mind.

Do you show appreciation to your current customers? 

People buy from those the know, like and trust. Building better relationships with your customers will go a long way to help retain them as well as get referrals. Be sure to find ways to say thank you, that could be via text, email, phone calls and even real greeting cards in the mail.
