Is sponsoring that important?
When we first started in AMSOIL back in 2000 we were not interested in the sponsoring aspect of the business. We loved the fact that you could earn a full-time income with preferred customers, retailers and commercial accounts. Several months after we had become dealers we were introduced to several coaches that
stressed the importance of sponsoring.
Step one, complete the AMSOIL Sponsor Basic Training to get a good understanding of the program.
Next, create a gameplan to begin introducing potential AMSOIL Dealers to the Program. Some of your current customers like PC's, Commercial Accounts and even Retail shops could become dealers in the future.

When we became AMSOIL Dealers there was a training book about sponsoring and one of the quotes in that book that stuck with me is: "Sell for today's income and sponsor for tomorrow's income"
What this means is that building a sales team by
sponsoring others can help you in the long run when you are no longer able to get out and work your business. Having a lot of buying customers is great, but it takes continually adding new customers. By sponsoring and training others you can build your business faster and have more steady income down the road that can keep growing even when you are unable to. This is the beauty of the AMSOIL Opportunity.
