David and Carol Bell sent me one of his CD's way back in 2002 or so. I can remember putting this CD in my car and listening to it on the way to work. It was raining that day, and as I listened to this everything just seemed to make sense. 
 
The CD is about an hour long but details the philosophy and the skills that are needed to become successful in our business. 
 
I would suggest to you to order your own copy of this CD and listen to it at least 100 times. I have listened to it many more times than that. I can recite it almost word for word. 
 
Ingrain in your own personal being the ideas that will help you become successful with AMSOIL.
