This stands for Customer Relationship Manager. What are you doing to maintain relationships with your customers. You spent time and money to obtain a new customer....but then what? Just HOPE that they stay with you? Or do you proactively go out and create a relationship with that customer? We use a program called NIMBLE...there are many CRM programs out there. The key, staying in touch with prospects, leads, customers, accounts and dealers. Find a way to keep track...
What about follow-ups? Do you follow up? What about a thank you card for their business? What about some AMSOIL SWAG like stickers, oil change reminders, business cards etc....
We can't tell you how many times we run into AMSOIL users and they have no clue who their dealer is....
If you are our customer, you would have to be brain dead..We send out thank-you's. We reach out via email, facebook and other social media. We send out an initial welcome with a business card, a oil custom oil change reminder and some other things to help them understand we are their servicing dealer.
